Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mix together milk and cocoa and return to heat. Mix together pudding and sugar. Combine wet and dry ingredients; beat together.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition at medium speed. Do not alternate speeds between mixing.
Bake at 350F degrees.
Remove from oven when tooth pick comes out clean.
Place on a cooling rack and allow to completely cool before decorating with your favorite frosting (we suggest a dark chocolate inner frosting and a milk chocolate outer frosting) the deferent chocolates accent each other nicely. and accent with shaved dark chocolate. You can do this by using a vegetable peeler and running it along the edge of the dark chocolate. Let the shavings fall on the top of the cakes frosting.
