In a large stock pot bring the turkey stock to a boil. Stir in the black beans,
sour cream, corn, thyme, rosemary, garlic, onions, turkey, sour cream, and
ranch dressing. simmer on a medium heat for half an hour careful not to boil
as the sour cream can curdle.
Add salt to taste save pepper for individual servings and taste.
Chop the cilantro well and reserve.
In individual soup dishes ladle a serving of the soup add pepper to individual
taste and sprinkle with the fresh cilantro to garnish.
Serves 4 people
Serving suggestions cream of turkey soup ranch style goes well with cornbread
and a garden salad with ranch dressing.
